A graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Christian Counseling, Wimer is passionate about leadership development, marriage enrichment, discipleship, and helping individuals and families experience lasting transformation through biblical truth and compassionate care.

Chaplain Graciela Matamoros serves as Marriage Pastor alongside her husband, Chaplain Wimer Matamoros, and as a member of the Group Counseling Team and Global Prophetic Ministry Team. With compassion, wisdom, and a heart for restoration, she helps strengthen marriages, encourage families, and equip believers to walk in healing, faith, and their God-given purpose.

Prophetess Raquel Mosquera serves as Global Missionary Director, Global Spanish Ministry Leader, Evangelistic Outreach Team Director, and a member of the Global Prophetic Ministry Team. A Paralegal with a college degree and specialized legal certifications, she currently serves in legal immigration while passionately advancing the Gospel, equipping leaders, and bringing hope to communities across cultures and nations.

Dr. Bridget Y. Childs serves as a Board Director and Global Outreach Director of Legion To Legend Ministries International. A community outreach leader, Homeless Liaison, life coach, and environmental management professional, she is passionate about connecting people with hope, resources, and opportunities for lasting transformation through compassionate service, strategic outreach, and Christ-centered leadership.

Bishop Wycliffe Obura serves as Overseer of Kenya Operations and a Church Planter and Kingdom leader in Kenya, bringing decades of experience in educational administration and ministry leadership. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Education and additional academic qualifications, he is passionate about developing Christian leaders, planting healthy churches, and equipping communities through biblical teaching, discipleship, and educational excellence.
